Hallo liebe Starter der Pokalmeisterschaft 2025,
hier kommen die Infos zur Pokalmeisterschaft 2025. Bitte lest diese aufmerksam und gebt uns die gewünschten Rückmeldungen, damit wir besser planen können.
Tierschutz-Hundeverordnung:
Ein Betreten der Halle ist nur mit gültigem Tollwut-Impfschutz erlaubt – sowohl für startende, als auch begleitende Hunde. Bitte habt die Impfausweise in der Halle bei euch.
Bitte beachtet die Tierschutz-Hundeverordnung des VDH.
Anreise/Parken:
Für autarke Wohnmobile und Wohnwägen haben wir am seitlichen EDEKA-Parkplatz UND auf dem Parkplatz Wiesensee (gegenüber des Edeka-Parklatzes) ein Areal abgesperrt. Es steht euch ab Freitag um 12 Uhr kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Bitte stellt euch hier platzsparend.
Bitte achtet beim Parken von PKW an der Halle darauf, nicht die ausgewiesenen Parkplätze der Karthalle zu blockieren.
Freitag
Meldestelle:
18-19 Uhr geöffnet. Impfausweise müssen vorgelegt werden.
Training:
Ihr könnt halbstundenweise für 30 EUR das große Feld als Trainings-warm-up mieten.

Um 20:00 Uhr: Beginn Schlagerparty mit der Liveband „Andy Korg & die galaktischen Pudel“
Als Snacks servieren wir Chili sin Carne und Curry-Wurst (wahlweise vom Rind oder veggie), sowie Pommes.
Als Cocktails könnt ihr wählen zwischen: Pina Colada, Tequila Sunrise, Caipirinha, Cuba Libre. (Alle Cocktails gibt es auch in einer alkoholfreien Variante).
Essen und Getränke sind all inclusive!
Sonntag

American Final – Begehung ab ca. 11:30 Uhr
Siegerehrung: ca. 18:00 Uhr

Hello dear starters of the Pokalmeisterschaft,
here is the information about the Pokalmeisterschaft:
dog regulations:
Entry into the hall is only permitted with valid rabies vaccination protection - both for starting and accompanying dogs. Please have the vaccination certificates with you in the hall.
Arrival/parking:
For self-sufficient mobile homes and caravans we have cordoned off an area at the EDEKA parking lot on the side AND in the Wiesensee parking lot (opposite the Edeka parking lot). It will be available to you free of charge from Friday at 12 p.m. Please park here in a way that saves space.
When parking cars at the hall, please make sure not to block the designated parking spaces at the kart hall.
Friday
Registration:
Open from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Vaccination certificates must be presented.
Training:
You can rent the large field for 30 EUR for half an hour as a training warm-up.

Afterwards: award ceremony (no paper edition!)
Party:
At 8:00 p.m.: start of the hit party with the live band "Andy Korg & the Galactic Poodles"
As snacks we serve chili sin carne and curry sausage (either beef or veggie), as well as fries.
For cocktails you can choose between: Pina Colada, Tequila Sunrise, Caipirinha, Cuba Libre. (All cocktails are also available in a non-alcoholic version).
Food and drinks are all inclusive!
Sunday:

Voici les informations :
Protection des animaux :
L'entrée dans la salle n'est autorisée qu'avec une vaccination antirabique valide - aussi bien pour les chiens débutants que pour les accompagnants. Merci de vous munir de votre carnet de vaccination dans le hall.
Arrivée/parking :
Pour les mobil-homes et caravanes autonomes, nous avons délimité une zone sur le parking latéral EDEKA et sur le parking Wiesensee (en face du parking Edeka). Il sera mis à votre disposition gratuitement à partir de vendredi à 12h. Veuillez rester ici pour gagner de la place.
Lorsque vous garez des voitures dans le hall, veillez à ne pas bloquer les places de stationnement désignées du hall de karting.
Vendredi
Bureau :
Ouvert de 18h à 19h Les certificats de vaccination doivent être présentés.
Entraînement:
Vous pouvez louer le grand terrain comme échauffement pendant une demi-heure pour 30 EUR.
